funder and AxiaFunder is that it will be necessary to agree that much of the case information can be made available, under a bilateral non disclosure agreement with each of a group of investors.
Although the investors will invest primarily because it is a case that AxiaFunder wishes to support, they will be investing on a case by case basis and will expect to have access to the details of the case.
Once the investors have invested, AxiaFunder keeps them informed of progress and the individual investors have no entitlement to ask questions of you or the funded or to interfere in the claim in any other way.
