Reservations are non-binding, carrying no financial or legal obligation to invest. Reservation holders often receive advanced notification of investment opportunities. The minimum ticket size is £1,000, and any additional amount must be in increments of £1,000.

If you wish to take up your reservation, there is no immediate need to transfer funds, however, you will be asked to create a commitment at your earliest convenience. If you do not wish to proceed, kindly inform the team as soon as possible so the amount can be released back to the wider investor base.

Generally, an investor is given 24 hours to confirm whether they want to proceed before a reservation is released. If any investor’s (non binding) reservation is not taken up for 2 consecutive offers then it is automatically cancelled. A new reservation can then be added by the investor at any time. Please note no reservation guarantees the option to invest in any given Offer.

The Reservations System

The reservation system generally works in the following way:

One-Off Reservations
This reservation is applied to the next Offer meeting the type requirements specified by an investor.
Once an investment opportunity has closed, a one-off reservation expires and must be created again.

Recurring Reservations
This applies to all future Offers. For some portfolio Offer types, it will be assumed an investor no longer wants to invest if they have not taken up their last two reservations of the same case type.
